Self Care

  • Get a routine
  • Exercise every day , walk run , get a trainer, join the gym or go to classes
  • Eat well and try to cook as often a possible 
  •  Start a sleep routine, early to bed gets you in a good habit and allows you to be more productive.
  • Make time for yourself, even if just sitting in quite or watch a film.
  • Create the work the life balance you want.
  • If you are not happy with anything in your life, only you can change it.
